Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities and providing customer service. For example, the "Contact Us" form collects your name, phone number, and e-mail address so that we can contact you directly and resolve any problems or issues that you may have. The "Contact Us" form also allows you to provide feedback about our website, which will allow us to make improvements in the future.
You may find yourself asked to complete a "Demographics" survey. The information requested on this survey is used for research purposes in creating norms for our assessments. To create useful norms, we must be able to provide a complete description of the sample of people completing the questionnaires. This survey is optional -- you can choose which questions you would like to answer, if any. This information will not be revealed to anyone in your organization, except in aggregate form.
Much of our website involves survey administration -- either competing surveys or registering respondents to complete surveys. The information provided (name and e-mail address) is collected solely for the purpose of survey administration. This information will not be used for sales or marketing purposes.
Our website utilizes "cookies" -- for more information, please see below. The main purpose of the cookies used on our website is to navigate between various web pages.
